THE ENTERPRISE |
| ACUTRON ELECTROACUSTICA LDA. was formed in 1983 to serve the audio community. It is devoted to the development, manufacture and marketing of digital and analog pro-audio equipment for broadcasting, recording and industrial sound. . | |

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT |
| Our commitment to quality has lead us to maintain a continuing development effort, bound together with the optimization of the quality-to-price ratio of our products. Due to this commitment, we have developed several new techniques in the audio field, of which some were made public through papers released by the Audio Engineering Society. | |

APPLICABLE STANDARDS |
| All our products comply with EN-55103-1 and EN55103-2, according to 89/336/EMC. These are the professional standards, not the household ones. | |

FACTORY |
| We are currently located at Abrunheira, near Sintra. More than half of the people on our staff hold university degrees. The remainder consists of technicians and specialized workers. Our production facilities have automatic soldering machinery, semi-automatic insertion and component preparation, and fully automated testing. | |

DEVELOPMENT RESOURCES |
| Our development room is fully equipped with audio analyser, EMC pre-compliance analyser, DSP development systems and analog and digital CAD and simulation software. | |
|
QUALITY CONTROL |
| All our products pass through a tight control since material incoming inspection through PCB assembly and right to final testing, burn-in and packing. The process is entirely computer-assisted. | |
